TAPFOUNDRY / WEBSITE INFORMATION

Website terms

These terms describe use of the TapFoundry informational website. They do not replace a signed agreement for design, development or support services.

About the website

TapFoundry is owned and operated by Dasher Consulting Ltd. See company information for business details. Questions about this website can be sent to hello@dasher.consulting.

Information and enquiries

The website explains the services we can discuss. It is not a binding quotation, an offer of a particular delivery date, a service-level agreement or a guarantee of an outcome. Sending an enquiry does not create a development contract. Scope, fees, milestones, dependencies, ownership, acceptance and support must be agreed separately in writing.

Product examples

Application descriptions carry their development stage. An example described as in testing or research is not a promise of public availability. Examples are not evidence of customer results. No access to private applications, source code or third-party information is granted through this website.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, website content and branding are owned by Dasher Consulting Ltd or used with appropriate rights. You may view the website and share links to it. Do not reproduce substantial content, misuse the branding or imply an endorsement without permission. References to other products do not transfer any rights in them.

Intellectual property in commissioned application work is governed by the project agreement, which should distinguish custom work, pre-existing materials and third-party licences.

Responsible use

Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or use it to distribute malicious content. Initial enquiries should not contain credentials, confidential customer information or sensitive personal information. Agree a suitable route before sharing project material.

Accuracy, availability and external links

Content may change as services and products develop. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every description is suitable for your particular circumstances. External links are provided for context; their content and availability are controlled by their operators.

Legal rights and project terms

Nothing in these website terms is intended to remove rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any applicable law, jurisdiction and additional contractual provisions for commissioned services must be addressed in the relevant project agreement.
